Green Crystals
Scar
Looking skyward from the Royal Gorge Bridge, Colorado.
LED Waterfall: At first glance these may look like scratches, but they're actually several dozen exposures of ambient lighting in a car display, reflected off the roof of the car. Presented on aluminum, 20 inches by 30 inches.
Crank: Showing the inner workings of an engine is always difficult to do with style and grace, but this image manages both, without the grime we normally associate with a crankshaft. The fine machining sits nicely with the coarse casting of a precision piece of engineering. Presented on aluminum, 20 inches by 30 inches.
The Archangel Michael: Derived from a second viewing of Roger Jetter's 1955 Cadillac, a great deal of change has been implemented to remove the lavender of the body. The grille is still evident on the left, as well as a grille from a 1959 Cadillac on the right, combined to create the wings of an angel. Both grilles are viewed through an ultra-wide lens, reflected in the Dagmars rather than seen directly. Presented on aluminum, 20 inches by 30 inches.
