Portraits
Craig's portraits are generally created from thousands of pictures of something that makes sense in the context of the subject's life. While sometimes telling a story many already know, the real detail is in the way the story is told; giving face to the small moments that make up a person's life, memory, or identity.
Each portrait is a one-of-a-kind, printed on aluminum for an incredibly striking look.

Penn Jillette
The modern equivalent of a carnival barker, Penn Jillette has carved out a niche that could only exist with him in it. His job as part of the team of Penn & Teller is to keep the audience interested, laughing, and wondering, and there is no one better at it than Penn.
This portrait is made up of thousand of images of prestidigitation from magic books from the mid-20th Century. Each of the images was hand-edited by Craig to work within the context of the portrait. The source image of Penn Jillette was shot by Craig.
A sample detail shot is also available in this gallery.
